Years ago – old school works and poppy oil paintings from my Mum. I had a big thing about cheesplant’s too. Even wrote a song called ‘Cheeseplant where are you now?‘ (The school band- we were called ‘Jossticks featuring incense‘ and heavily influenced by the wonderful B-52’s) I’m still looking… Looking though my old art folder is nostalgic. Works created in the early 90’s. Beings back memories learning instruments in the dark. Of listening to The Doors, Joni Mitchell, Suzanne Vega, Tori Amos, R.E.M. Nirvana, Pearl Jam…Grunge and joining rock bands playing drums.
